We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your order and we will resolve it — either with a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Email us at hello@softpage.co with your order number and reason. We will respond within 24 hours and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we trust our customers and handle every case fairly on an individual basis.
If you did not receive your download link or are having trouble accessing your files, contact us immediately at hello@softpage.co and we will resend your files at no cost.
